Abundance of Hope Center joined in partnering with Council member Mosqueda's office on the disposition policy legislation (Res. 31837). The disposition policy legislation will allow us to modify our policies for funding development throughout the city and ensure that we not only use our excess and underutilized property well, but that we also have report-back requirement and accountability provisions. And though, Councilmember Mosqueda promised to include our proposal for funding in the budget meeting of 2018, that promise was not kept and every effort to reach out to Councilmember Mosqueda's office to have this resolved was not successful. We are still hoping to have this resolved.
